How to Book Your Own Boudoir Session

Own Your Beauty

After you've read about what we do, fill out the form at the bottom of this page to start your boudoir experience.

Come in for a spa-like experience that starts with hair and makeup done in the studio. Then we shoot in our luxurious 1100 SF private studio with large fake window sets and elegant designs and furniture. My goal is to give you an album of you where you are lit, styled, and posed to see yourself in a different light and for you to understand how incredible you are. I want you to look back at that album 30 years later and remember the day you came in for your shoot and the feeling you had when you saw your images.

Boudoir Is for People Just Like You

There is no average boudoir client. They range from age 19 to 75. Students, military (ask about discount for military and spouses), single mothers, office professionals, there is no age, height, size, occupation, or any other category that would make you not the type of person who would enjoy a boudoir shoot.

No Modeling Experience Needed

No modeling experience - no problem. I coach everyone on poses and angles. For most of my clients, the last professional photoshoot they had was their high school yearbook photo. Most of my clients are in their 30s or 40s or 50s even, and are professionals or stay-at-home moms who just want to have this experience.

No wardrobe - no problem. We have an extensive lingerie collection and dress collection along with a collection of flowy silky fabrics that clients love for goddess vibes.

No idea what kind of looks you want - no problem. Less than half of our clients come in with specific looks or ideas for hair and makeup or poses. We have tons of ideas and we'll discuss it with you before the shoot. We also have an inspo gallery in the menu above.

Nervous - no problem. Almost everyone is at least a little nervous when they come in. It melts away fast and you will be surprised how much fun it is.

Check out this video I made with some behind the scenes of some of my shoots so you can see what we do here:

Anatomy of a Boudoir Shoot.

Step 1 - The Pre-Shoot Consultation

Fill out the form below and we'll hop on the phone for about 15 minutes or so and go over any questions. We'll talk about pricing, payment, add-ons, wardrobe, hair and makeup, what to expect the day of the shoot, etc. It's a lot of information and that's why I like to do it over the phone or via video call.

I always invite people to come down to the studio and meet in person as well. It's so nice to meet in person and show you the beautiful space I made and check out some of the wardrobe options available.

Step 2 - Lock in Your Date with a Booking Fee

The booking fee is $600 and is required to hold the date for your shoot.

  1. Pre-Shoot Planning Consultation. I'll reach out to you via phone call or zoom to discuss your goals and plans for wardrobe and theme and coordinate with our hair and makeup team for your session.

  2. A complimentary tour of the studio if you want.

  3. Shoot styling guidance, including wardrobe, hair, and makeup styling guidance.

  4. Up to 2 hours of shooting time in San Diego's prettiest studio.

  5. Professional studio lighting and expert posing guidance.

  6. Complimentary hair and makeup to have a professional makeup artist and hairstylist work their magic before the shoot.

  7. You also get access to our client closet with hundreds of lingerie and outfit pieces.

  8. On the same day of your shoot, you'll get a Reveal Session to review your photos in person and make a decision about which images you'll want to purchase.

Picture packages are purchased separately from the booking fee and start at $1500, but we have awesome pre-payment bonuses that we'll go over at the time of the consultation. We'll go over all that information over the phone.

Step 3 - Shoot Day

We offer complimentary hair and makeup services in studio with San Diego's top professionals. During the hair and makeup process I provide some of the most mediocre dad jokes you've ever heard as I pop in to see how things are progressing. Hair and makeup is a nice relaxing way to start your awesome day and get in the zone for the shoot. After hair and makeup, we go over wardrobe and some posing guidance and then start shooting. Shooting usually lasts about 2 hours and we get through about five outfits.

Step 4 - The Reveal Session

At the Reveal Session, you'll see your pictures in person and choose the ones you want to keep forever. We'll set this appointment when we book your shoot.
